Shearing: CNC guillotine - Up to 3000mm wide x 6mm thick
Folding: CNC multi-axis press brake - Up to 4000mm x 6mm thick
Presses: 60 tonnes capacity (single ram hydraulic)
Turning: CNC lathes - Up to 2032mm long x Ø 430 over the bed
Milling: CNC mills - 1000mm horizontal travel x 600mm x 600mm
Rolling: Up to 2500mm wide x 10mm thick.
Drilling: Various radial arm, sensitive and pillar drills.
Sawing: All sections and sizes up to 440mm x 250mm
Iron Worker: Hole punching and cropping up to 40mm thk.

Shot Blasting: 5M x 7M x 4M high shot blast room.
Spray Painting: 30M square water-backed booth, using conventional high volume, low-pressure spray equipment.
Assembly: Full assembly and test requirements, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
Site facilities: Experienced CSCS certified site team to meet your installation, on-site welding and fabrication needs.
